For legal and practical reasons it is preferable to escape, deter or avoid an attack when possible, therefore, we address the following concepts in our Awareness class: Awareness, Defensive Mindset, Personal Protection Plans, Avoiding Confrontations, Recognizing Body Language and Signs of Aggression, Target Avoidance, and Responding To Attacks. (This course is beneficial for everyday citizens, and especially teens and college students). Cost $45
